Engineer Yasser Abdel Halim Hassan, Head of the Hadayek October City Authority, affirmed the authority’s ongoing efforts to support and develop sports and recreational services across various residential projects.
This aligns with the directives of Engineer Randa El Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, concerning the continuous monitoring of service projects in new cities to enhance residents’ quality of life.
New Sports Facilities to Serve Al Kawthar Residents and Improve Living Standards
In this regard, the Head of the Authority revealed the implementation of four five-a-side football fields within the Al Kawthar Project (previously known as the 607 Buildings) as part of the fifth phase of the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians” designated for low-income citizens.
The project is part of the state’s strategy to expand community and sports services in newly developed residential areas, helping create a fully integrated environment for residents, particularly youth and young people.
4 Football Fields Implemented in Hadayek October Following Top Engineering Standards
Yasser Abdel Halim Hassan stated that the construction work was executed in accordance with the highest engineering and technical standards, while fully adhering to quality and safety requirements. The project included the installation of five-a-side football fields equipped with premium artificial turf and modern lighting systems that enable nighttime use, as well as secure fencing and safety measures to provide maximum protection for users.
The Head of the Authority added that the project also aims to provide sports and recreational areas that encourage youth activities and promote a healthier lifestyle within the residential community. He noted that the locations of the fields were carefully selected to ensure easy access and to benefit the largest possible number of residents.
He concluded by emphasizing that these projects are part of the Hadayek October City Authority’s broader plan to improve public service efficiency and raise the quality of life in new cities, reflecting the state’s vision of creating integrated urban communities that combine housing, services, and entertainment facilities.
