Engineer Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Razek, Head of Hadayek El-Asher City Authority, convened an expanded meeting with representatives of the utility companies implementing the Green Housing Project “Housing for All Egyptians,” along with representatives of telecommunications companies responsible for providing services within the city.
The meeting was attended by the deputy head of the authority and the directors of the authority’s executive departments to review the current status of implementation and coordinate efforts among the various entities.

During the meeting, the ongoing execution rates of infrastructure and utility works were reviewed, alongside discussions of key challenges and obstacles that could potentially impact the pace of progress.
The Head of the Authority instructed that work teams be reinforced across all project sites and emphasized the importance of strengthening coordination among utility companies, telecommunications providers, and executive departments. This is to ensure that activities are properly integrated and that no operational conflicts arise between different sectors.

Follow-up on Utilities in the Green Housing Project in Hadayek El-Asher City
The Head of the Authority further stressed the importance of adhering to established timelines and promptly addressing any field observations or emerging obstacles, noting that the current phase requires intensified efforts and an accelerated pace of implementation to ensure completion in accordance with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
He also directed the continuation of regular on-site monitoring of all works and sustained coordination among all relevant parties in order to boost completion rates and ensure delivery within the planned schedules.
Engineer Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Razek affirmed that the Green Housing projects are among the most significant development initiatives aimed at providing fully serviced residential units supported by integrated infrastructure, in line with modern standards, thereby enhancing citizens’ quality of life.
He added that Hadayek El-Asher City Authority remains committed to continuous monitoring of all implementation stages to ensure timely completion according to approved schedules.
He further noted that effective cooperation between utility companies, telecommunications providers, and executive departments plays a key role in accelerating execution rates and overcoming field challenges, supporting the state’s efforts in implementing housing projects and developing new cities in line with sustainable development goals.
