Engineer Alaa Abdel-Lah, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Authority, announced plans to redesign several service areas to expand the range of activities available and better meet the needs of the city’s residents. The initiative is expected to enhance the efficiency of public services and cater more effectively to the community.

This announcement came during Abdel-Lah’s tour of the city’s first, fourth, seventh, and eighth districts, as part of ongoing efforts to improve services in 10th of Ramadan City. The tour focused on assessing the maintenance, landscaping, and cleanliness in these areas, ensuring that services are delivered at the highest quality for residents.

The visit also included inspections of service centers in different neighborhoods to study the current range of services and evaluate their suitability for residents’ needs.

This initiative is part of a broader plan being implemented by the City Authority to improve residential neighborhoods and ensure that the services provided align with citizens’ expectations, ultimately enhancing the quality of life in the city.
