Engineer Alaa Abdel Lah Mostafa, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority and Supervisor of the Hadayek Al Ashar Authority, conducted an inspection tour to monitor ongoing efficiency improvement works at several project sites, including the A1 and A6 industrial zones and the Southern Developers Area.
The Head of the Authority emphasized the importance of closely monitoring implementation progress and accelerating the pace of ongoing projects to enhance infrastructure efficiency and improve the quality of services provided in industrial and service areas.
The efforts are being carried out in line with the directives of Engineer Randa El Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, calling for continuous field inspections and the swift completion of development projects.

Upgrading Drinking Water and Sewerage Networks
During the tour, the authority head inspected works to upgrade drinking water and sewerage networks, alongside road development, interlock paving, curb installation, and efficiency improvement works on the main axis leading to the A6 industrial zone.
He instructed the executing companies to intensify construction activities by increasing equipment and workforce while adhering to technical specifications and approved timelines. He also stressed the need to promptly resolve any obstacles that could hinder progress to ensure the projects are completed with the required quality and efficiency.
Mostafa also stressed the importance of maintaining daily monitoring of project sites and strengthening coordination among the relevant authorities to ensure work progresses smoothly and project targets are achieved according to the established schedules.
During the inspection, the Authority Head directed officials to prohibit the presence of street vendors around Girish Bridge due to their impact on traffic flow and the city’s overall appearance. He assigned the relevant departments to take the necessary measures to prevent encroachments and address any violations immediately.
The Authority Head reaffirmed that field inspection tours will continue to monitor ongoing projects, accelerate implementation rates, enhance the efficiency of basic infrastructure, and improve the quality of services provided throughout the 10th of Ramadan City.
