Major General Dr. Alaa Abdel-Moaty, Governor of Kafr El-Sheikh, announced the delivery of 68 Form (8) documents for reconciliation in some building violations in Hamoul Center. The process was carried out under the supervision of Engineer Sayed Hamza, Head of Hamoul Center and City, as part of the governorate’s efforts to regularize building violations across its various centers.
The governor emphasized that this initiative aims to facilitate procedures for citizens, legalize their status, and simplify the reconciliation process. He further noted that the governorate is committed to monitoring all reconciliation requests and streamlining procedures to ease the process for citizens.

Additionally, citizens can register their requests through the Local Services Portal via this link:
This service, developed in collaboration between the Ministry of Local Development and the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, allows citizens with building violations before October 15, 2023, to fill out and submit the required details for reconciliation. The data will be automatically forwarded to the relevant technological center in the governorate, where the remaining steps and procedures will be completed. This initiative aims to simplify the burden on citizens, save time, and assist staff at technological centers, ensuring efficient processing and improved governance of the reconciliation system.
