The governor congratulated the new homeowners, praising the efforts of all those involved in the project to provide suitable housing for citizens, in line with the directives of Egypt’s President to ensure that every citizen has access to a home. Dr. El-Shehaby reaffirmed the governorate’s commitment to working with the Ministry of Housing to implement more infrastructure and housing projects, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for citizens across all areas.

Expanding Housing Options for Residents

Eng. El-Sherbini highlighted that today’s visit also included the inspection and inauguration of several projects in the water and sewage sectors, which culminated in the completion of the first phase of the “Housing for All Egyptians” initiative. He announced that additional housing units would soon be made available for residents of the governorate.

Dr. Mai Abdel Hamid added that the Social Housing Fund had recently launched 3,508 units within the governorate, emphasizing the Fund’s ongoing commitment to providing affordable and suitable housing for Egyptian citizens. She also noted that the distribution of the homeownership contracts represents the culmination of these efforts.
