The details of the sorting process are expected to be announced within a month, followed by the opening of the grievance period. After that, these grievances will be examined and decided upon. It is anticipated that payments for the installments of the units under construction will begin within two months, and priority inquiries for winners of ready-to-deliver units will start before the end of the current fiscal year.

The Social Housing Fund has provided two options for citizens who meet the project’s criteria but are outside the priority group. The first option is to keep their reservation deposits to maintain priority in the new phase, while the second option is to withdraw their financial dues on a date that will be announced soon.

In the coming period, the fund aims to increase the monthly units allocated to approximately 10,000 units. Additionally, more effort will be made to transfer citizens’ files to various financing entities, including banks and mortgage finance companies.
