Steps to Apply for Valley Towers Residential Units:

1. Visit the New Urban Communities Authority website.
2. Create a new account on the Masaken portal.
3. Enter your national ID number and the name as it appears on your ID (mandatory).
4. Provide your email address, which will be the primary means of communication between the authority and the applicant (mandatory).
5. Enter your mobile number (mandatory).
6. Specify your governorate of residence and current mailing address (mandatory).
7. Provide your marital status and details of your spouse (if applicable).
8. Upload a photo of your national ID card (front and back).
9. Create a password.
10. Register your account.
11. Select the city and project.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be Egyptian nationals.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
