Engineer Alaa Abdel Laah Mostafa, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority and Supervisor of Hadayek El Ashr Development Authority, conducted an inspection tour of the Government Services Complex and the 16th District to assess the quality of services and identify the needs of several vital facilities.
The visit was carried out in implementation of the directives of Engineer Randa El Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, to intensify field inspections, improve service quality, preserve public facilities, and address all forms of violations and encroachments.
The Head of the Authority began the tour by inspecting the Government Services Complex building to evaluate its overall condition and identify its technical and structural requirements. The inspection aimed to improve the work environment and enhance the quality of services provided to citizens and visitors to the complex.

The tour also included the 16th District, where he inspected an Aman retail outlet and directed the immediate removal of all encroachments in front of the outlet. He emphasized the importance of adhering to the designated operating areas and avoiding any encroachment on public roads or sidewalks, contributing to greater public order and preserving the city’s urban appearance.
During the tour, the Head of the Authority detected that several commercial shops had illegally obtained water through unauthorized connections in violation of the law. He immediately instructed the city’s Illegal Connections Committee to take urgent action.
The committee promptly removed the illegal connections, disconnected the water supply to five commercial shops, and initiated immediate legal measures against the violators, including issuing water theft reports and completing the necessary legal procedures.
