The 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority has continued carrying out intensive field campaigns across a number of residential districts and major roads as part of a comprehensive strategy aimed at restoring urban discipline and combating all forms of violations and encroachments.
These efforts are being implemented in line with the directives of Engineer Randa El-Mashanawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, under the supervision of Engineer Alaa Abdel-Aal Mostafa, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority and Supervisor of the Hadayek 10th of Ramadan Authority.
The campaigns targeted several key roads, vital corridors, and densely populated residential neighborhoods. They resulted in the removal of all encroachments and violations associated with unlicensed cafés in the Jordanian area that had been obstructing pedestrian and citizen movement.
The operations also included clearing violations in the First District (El-Zohour) as part of the authority’s continuous efforts to maintain urban order and preserve discipline throughout the city’s streets and public squares.
The authority stated that the campaigns were conducted through specialized work teams in coordination with the relevant departments to ensure the immediate handling of any random violations or encroachments, while taking all necessary legal measures against violators in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The campaign involved the participation of the encroachments and violations departments; security; operations; equipment; sanitation and beautification departments; and residential district teams, in full coordination with the Construction Police, the Construction Investigation Department, and the Utilities Police. This cooperation reflects a model of institutional integration that guarantees the strict and organized enforcement of decisions.
Engineer Alaa Abdel-Aal Mostafa emphasized that daily and surprise inspection campaigns will continue across all areas of the city, stressing that no violations or encroachments that distort the city’s civilized appearance or cause inconvenience to residents will be tolerated. He affirmed that preserving the city’s urban identity and providing a safe, organized environment remain among the authority’s top priorities during the current phase.
He further noted that the city authority continues implementing an integrated field plan aimed at improving traffic flow, enhancing service efficiency, and raising the quality of life for residents of 10th of Ramadan City, reflecting its status as one of the country’s leading urban and developmental cities.
