Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, held an extensive meeting with officials from City Edge Developments to follow up on the progress of marketing, promotion, and sales for several projects, as well as to review operational conditions. The meeting was attended by senior officials from the Ministry and the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), in an effort to maximize the benefits of investments directed toward developmental projects.
At the beginning of the meeting, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny emphasized that this gathering falls within the framework of regular follow-ups on the sales, marketing performance, and unit handover status across various projects in new cities.
He highlighted the importance of enhancing factors that attract customers—whether investors or individuals—as well as the necessity of continuously providing services in the new cities being developed by the Ministry. He also noted that the Ministry of Housing has recently succeeded in constructing a large number of diverse units across several new cities, accompanied by strong marketing plans tailored to different market needs.

During the meeting, the Minister reviewed sales rates achieved in previous periods for several New Urban Communities Authority projects, along with the promotional strategies prepared by the company for major developments in New Alamein City, the New Administrative Capital, New Mansoura, and Maspero Triangle.
He stressed the importance of continuously tracking and evaluating these strategies to meet the desired objectives, maximize the benefits from the available unit inventory, enhance financial revenues, and accelerate the handover process for buyers.
The Minister also discussed ongoing efforts in a number of hotel projects in New Alamein City, as well as those in the Maspero area, Sour Magra El-Oyoun, the Central Business District (CBD) in the New Administrative Capital, and New Aswan City. He underscored the importance of pushing these projects forward to achieve the highest completion rates and ensure optimal utilization.
