Executive Supervisor of Al-Fustat: The Project Aims to Revive Historic Cairo and Ancient Egypt

Engineer Mohamed Helmy, Director of the Fustat Hills Park Project, stated that the investment zone overlooks Lake Ain El-Sira, with buildings specifically designed to face the lake. He explained that the project includes 12 restaurants and 4 malls, in addition to an arena building that can accommodate around 9,000 people, including 500 VIP guests. He also pointed out the presence of an iconic tower standing 5 meters tall, equipped with night lighting.

He added: “The design team of the investment zone in Fustat was keen to coordinate the architectural style of the buildings to harmonize with Historic Cairo and Ancient Egypt, ensuring that the design becomes an integrated part of the entire area, especially since the project aims to revive Historic Cairo.” He also noted that the Roman-style theater in the investment zone is open-air and can accommodate 9,000 people. It includes three main entrances, each equipped with all necessary services.
