Public Lottery and Booking Details

To make ownership more accessible, the Syndicate offers flexible payment plans with terms of up to six years. Units can be handed over after a 15% down payment, along with a maintenance deposit and garage fees.

  • Availability: The booklet can be purchased from the Marketing Department at the Syndicate’s headquarters.
  • Price: EGP 1,500 (non-refundable).
  • Sales Period: From Tuesday, December 3, to the morning of Saturday, December 14, 2024.
