El-Sharbiny: A New City to Be Established West of Ras El-Hekma Soon

Engineer Sherif El-Sharbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, revealed that the state is currently working with an urban planner to develop a new city that will stretch from the western side of the Ras El-Hekma area to the eastern borders of Marsa Matrouh.

During his speech at the Builders of Egypt Forum, El-Sharbiny added that the goal of the new city is to address any distortions along the North Coast and to enhance investment opportunities in the region. He further explained that the state aims to establish a specialized medical zone in New Alamein City focusing on sports injury treatments and specialized surgeries, making the city a hub for this type of medical service.
