Eligibility Criteria for “Housing for All Egyptians” Apartments
To apply for this program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Provide a copy of their national ID.
- Submit income verification documents or salary statements.
- Include copies of ownership documents, if applicable.
- Provide a copy of their marriage, divorce, or death certificate based on their marital status.
- Hold Egyptian nationality.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Neither the applicant nor their family may own a residential unit or land.
- Monthly income must align with the program’s “low-income” criteria.
- Applicants must not have benefited from previous social housing or mortgage finance projects.
Final Deadline for Social Housing Applications
The deadline for purchasing the 2024 social housing conditions booklets has been extended to December 31, 2024, providing additional time for applicants beyond the original date of December 24.
