October 26, 2024 – Egypt’s Ministry of Housing has released the terms for reserving units in the highly anticipated Jannah Egypt housing project. The project will be available across nine new cities, including New Alamein, New Damietta, New Minya, New Cairo, 6th of October City, Hadayek October, Al Shorouk, and West Assiut. This represents the largest offering of ready-to-move residential units by the ministry.
A total of 6,575 residential units will be available for immediate reservation through the “Masaken” website, with 5% (330 units) allocated specifically for citizens with disabilities across 15 new cities. These cities include New Cairo, New Alamein, New Mansoura, 6th of October, New October, Hadayek October, Badr, Obour, Al Shorouk, 10th of Ramadan, Sadat, New Minya, West Qena, Nasser (West Assiut), and New Damietta.
Starting Sunday, October 27, 2024, prospective buyers will be able to access application details, including booking terms, locations, unit sizes, prices, and payment plans. The terms and conditions booklet will be available on the “Masaken – Unit Axis” website (www.reserve.newcities.gov.eg) until Thursday, December 26, 2024. Following the booking closure, a public lottery will be held to allocate units among applicants.
To apply, citizens – including those with disabilities – must register their basic information (name, national ID, email, phone number, and address) on the “Masaken – Unit Axis” website, where applicants will also upload their national ID card and disability service card if applicable.
The project offers a variety of units across several cities:
- 409 “Jannah” units in New Cairo ranging from 100m² to 150m²
- 700 “Sakan Misr” units in New Cairo ranging from 106m² to 133m²
- 223 “Jannah” units in 6th of October City ranging from 100m² to 150m²
- 435 “Sakan Misr” units in Hadayek October ranging from 106m² to 118m²
- 300 “Sakan Misr” units in New October City ranging from 106m² to 115m²
Other cities included in the offering are Badr, Al Obour, Al Shorouk, 10th of Ramadan, Sadat, New Minya, West Qena, and Nasser (West Assiut), with a variety of unit sizes available to meet the needs of all buyers.
The ministry aims to provide modern and affordable housing for all Egyptian citizens while supporting individuals with disabilities through dedicated allocations.
