The Ministry of Housing has announced its largest residential land offering to date, which includes 8,521 residential plots across 20 new cities. These plots are available in various categories, including medium, distinguished, and premium housing. The cities involved in this initiative include:

  • New Beni Suef
  • October Gardens
  • New Taiba
  • New Minya
  • New Borg El Arab
  • New Akhmim
  • New Sohag
  • New Qena
  • New Fayoum
  • New Nasser
  • New Aswan
  • New Mallawi
  • 10th of Ramadan
  • 6th of October
  • New Shorouk
  • New Obour

Dr. Hassan El-Shourbagy, Deputy Head of the New Urban Communities Authority for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, stated that the Ministry of Housing, represented by the New Urban Communities Authority, is expanding the offering of residential lands in response to directives from President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. The initiative aims to meet the growing demand for land in new cities, accelerate development, and fulfill citizens’ aspirations across different segments of society to build their own homes in accordance with the established regulations, thus achieving the required development.
