Egypt’s Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Sherif El-Sherbiny, has announced that the New Minya City Authority will commence the handover of 240 medium-income housing land plots in the “Ibni Baytak 3” extension area of the city. The handover will take place from Monday, November 4, 2024, to Tuesday, December 10, 2024.
Ahmed Mostafa Mohamed, Head of the New Minya City Authority, clarified on Friday that the distribution will begin with 39 land plots in Sector H on Monday, November 4, 2024. Following that, 23 land plots in Zones 2Z and 115Z will be handed over on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, and 32 land plots in Zones 119Z and 233Z will be delivered on Monday, November 11, 2024.
The handover process will continue with 30 land plots in Zones 2T and 206T on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, 26 land plots in Zones 209T and 360T on Monday, November 18, 2024, and 25 land plots in Zones 6K and 142K on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. Additional handovers will take place for 25 land plots in Zones 148K and 349K on Monday, November 25, 2024, and 25 plots in Zones 250K and 349K on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. Lastly, 25 land plots in Zones 351K and 512K will be handed over on Monday, December 2, 2024. The remaining days, December 3, 9, and 10, 2024, are reserved for those who miss their initial handover date.
Ahmed Mostafa also emphasized that recipients must bring the following documents for the handover process: a copy of the land reservation form, payment receipts, copies of the national ID cards of both the husband and wife, and birth certificates for any minor children.
