Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the public manual draw for housing units and land plots under the “Maskan” Program. The draw will take place from February 8, 2025, to February 26, 2025, covering applications submitted between October 27, 2024, and January 6, 2025.

- The draw will be conducted at Cairo International Stadium (Hall 1).
- Only applicants with proof of reservation payment are allowed to attend.
- A live broadcast will be available on the New Urban Communities Authority’s (NUCA) website.
Draw Schedule Highlights
- February 8, 2025: Sakan Misr units in New Cairo and mid-range land plots in Tiba and Fayoum New Cities.
- February 9, 2025: Sakan Misr, Dar Misr, and mid-range plots in 6th of October Gardens, October New City, and El-Shorouk.
- February 10, 2025: Sakan Misr, Janna, and premium housing in New Alamein and New Damietta.
- February 16-17, 2025: Draws for housing and land plots in 10th of Ramadan, Aswan, Badr, and Assiut New Cities.
- February 24-25, 2025: Janna housing in New Cairo and 6th of October (Main Stadium).
- February 26, 2025: Mid-range land plots in Borg El Arab New City.
Exclusion Criteria
- Applicants who violated the reservation guidelines or do not meet eligibility criteria will be excluded from the draw.
The Housing Ministry aims to ensure fair allocation while maintaining transparency through live-streaming and public attendance options.
