Egyptian Housing Minister Meets Saudi Investor to Discuss Development Projects

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, held a meeting with Hassan El-Sharbatly, a prominent Saudi investor in Egypt, to discuss potential collaboration opportunities, address challenges, and review the progress of various projects.

Project Updates and Support Measures

During the meeting, the minister was briefed on the execution status and timelines of several urban, commercial, and tourism projects across new cities. Emphasizing the importance of timely delivery, El-Sherbiny pledged full governmental support to ensure the rapid completion of these developments in accordance with the planned schedules.

He directed officials to establish clear timelines for the remaining phases of the projects, aiming for a seamless and integrated approach to accelerate implementation.

A Commitment to Investor-Friendly Policies

El-Sherbiny reiterated the Egyptian government’s dedication to creating a favorable investment climate. He highlighted the role of the Ministry of Housing and the Cabinet in resolving issues and overcoming challenges faced by investors in the Egyptian market.

“The Ministry spares no effort in removing obstacles and providing solutions to ensure the success of projects and attract further investments into the country,” El-Sherbiny affirmed.

This meeting underscores Egypt’s ongoing efforts to foster partnerships with international investors, driving sustainable development and economic growth in the country’s new urban areas.
