Eng. Tarek Shoukry, Honorary President of the Egypt Real Estate Festival – THE BEST REAL ESTATE 24, Chairman of the Real Estate Development Chamber at the Federation of Egyptian Industries, and Deputy Head of the Housing Committee in Parliament, announced the launch of the event today, Tuesday. The festival is held under the auspices and attendance of Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities; Eng. Hassan El-Khatib, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade; Counselor Ahmed Saad El-Din, Deputy Speaker of Parliament; Dr. Ibrahim Saber, Governor of Cairo; and Eng. Adel El-Naggar, Governor of Giza.
Eng. Shoukry highlighted the high-level diplomatic representation at the event, with ambassadors from several countries, including Ambassador Abdel-Muttalib Thabet of Libya, Ambassador Mariam Al Kaabi of the UAE, and Ambassador Dr. Qahtan Taha Khalaf of Iraq, all of whom serve as their nations’ permanent representatives to the Arab League.
The festival also features prominent figures such as Dr. Walid Abbas, First Deputy Chairman of the New Urban Communities Authority; Eng. Khaled Abbas, Chairman of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development; and Hossam Heiba, Chairman of the General Authority for Investment. Numerous public and political figures are also in attendance.
A panel discussion on the real estate sector’s 2024 achievements accompanies the festival’s opening ceremony. Key participants include Eng. Amr Soliman, Chairman of Mountain View; Eng. Wael El-Deeb, Executive Vice President of Talaat Moustafa Group; Eng. Ahmed Sabbour, Chairman of Al Ahly Sabbour; Eng. Abdallah Salam, CEO of Madinet Nasr Housing and Development; and Eng. Ayman Amer, General Manager of SODIC.
Organized by Sada El-Balad TV and the “Egypt Real Estate” program, in collaboration with Master Point Marketing Solutions, the festival enjoys strategic partnerships with the Real Estate Development Chamber and the New Cairo and Administrative Capital Developers Association, led by Eng. Mohamed El-Bostany. The event also brings together leading real estate development companies, showcasing their achievements and innovations.
