The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced the largest offering of ready-to-deliver residential units across 15 new cities. According to Minister of Housing Sherif El-Shorbagi, this initiative aligns with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s directives to expand the availability of diverse housing units in various new cities, addressing the increasing demand and stimulating development.
The offering includes 6,575 housing units distributed across cities such as New Cairo, New Alamein, and New Mansoura, as well as other areas, including the 6th of October City, October Gardens, Badr, and Al-Obour.
The units feature a range of sizes to accommodate the needs of different segments of society. They cover various housing programs like “Sakan Misr” (Egypt Housing), “Dar Misr,” and “Janna.”
El-Shorbagi noted that this launch is part of the ministry’s strategy to drive real estate development and enhance property ownership among citizens. The offering stands out for its diversity in both size and housing programs, with unit areas ranging from 90 to 150 square meters, catering to different community needs.
Hassan El-Shorbagi, Deputy Head of the New Urban Communities Authority for Real Estate Affairs, announced that the condition books will be available to the public on the designated website starting from October 27 until December 26, 2024.
