The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates’ Affairs, has announced the launch of the second phase of the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative in New Assiut City, dedicated specifically to Egyptians living abroad.
It was confirmed that registration and unit selection will be available from September 20 to 25, 2025 through the official initiative website: beitakfemisr.com. Through this platform, applicants can access the conditions booklet, learn about registration procedures, review down payment details, and explore unit models using 360-degree virtual tours.
The offering includes residential units in both mid-range and luxury categories, with payment facilities extending up to 10 years, in addition to discounts reaching 7% of the unit’s total value. The seriousness of booking requires a minimum payment of $5,000 USD.
