Demolition Orders for Violations in New Damietta, Sadat City, and the North Coast

The Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, has issued 22 demolition orders targeting building violations and encroachments in the cities of New Damietta and Sadat, as well as the second sector of the Northwestern Coast. These decisions aim to remove violations, preserve the architectural character, and prevent encroachment on state-owned lands.

The violations include unauthorized buildings, hangars, and warehouses constructed without permits in tourist villages in the Dabaa area. In New Damietta, the infractions involve the construction of additional floors and enclosed canopies without proper licensing.

The demolition operations will be carried out by the development authorities of New Damietta and Sadat Cities, in coordination with the Urban Development Police.
