Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has issued 10 orders to remove encroachments on various plots of land owned by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) in New Borg El Arab City.

Demolition Orders for Encroachments on Lands in New Borg El Arab City

The Minister emphasized the ongoing efforts to eliminate violations and illegal encroachments on lands supervised by the new city development authorities. He pointed out that directives have been issued to the heads of these authorities to take necessary action, as this responsibility falls directly under their jurisdiction. These measures are part of a broader strategy to reclaim state rights and maximize land utilization by creating more investment opportunities.

The orders include removing 78 cases of encroachments on plots owned by NUCA in New Borg El Arab City. The encroached areas range from approximately one carat to around 48 feddans per case, and all requests for legalization of these encroachments have been rejected.

Additionally, the orders state that the New Borg El Arab City Authority will carry out the demolition operations in coordination with the Construccoordinatece and the relevant security department.
