Engineer El-Sayed Hemam, Head of the New Borg El Arab City Authority, announced the execution of seven decisions to withdraw residential land plots in the city due to violations of allocation conditions. Additionally, an immediate demolition was carried out for a building violation on a 200-square-meter area, along with a fence covering 1,000 square meters in the Green Belt area. He emphasized that these campaigns aim to eliminate unplanned developments.

In a related context, Engineer Mahmoud Lotfi Zaghloul, Head of the First Sector Authority for the Northwestern Coast, stated that a campaign was launched to remove encroachments on some lands in the Northwestern Coast, in coordination with the Urban Development Police.

Both officials reaffirmed their commitment to firmly addressing any irregularities, promptly demolishing building violations at their inception, and removing unauthorized land encroachments.
