Engineer Randa El Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the commencement of unit handovers for 14 residential buildings under the luxury Janna Housing Project in Area (3) of the first phase of New Mansoura City.
The handover process will take place from Sunday, July 26, 2026, through Tuesday, August 11, 2026, according to the schedule prepared by the New Mansoura City Development Authority.
The Minister of Housing stated that the ministry continues to implement its plans for delivering residential units across various new cities according to the approved timelines while providing all necessary facilities to citizens. These efforts aim to accelerate the handover procedures and ensure the highest standards of service quality.
Handover Schedule
Engineer El Sayed Hammam, Head of the New Mansoura City Development Authority, explained that the delivery schedule for the residential buildings is as follows:
- Sunday, July 26, 2026: Building No. 34
- Monday, July 27, 2026: Building No. 35
- Tuesday, July 28, 2026: Building No. 36
- Wednesday, July 29, 2026: Building No. 37
- Thursday, July 30, 2026: Building No. 38
- Sunday, August 2, 2026: Building No. 39
- Monday, August 3, 2026: Building No. 47
- Tuesday, August 4, 2026: Building No. 48
- Wednesday, August 5, 2026: Building No. 51
- Thursday, August 6, 2026: Building No. 52
- Sunday, August 9, 2026: Buildings 100, 61, 59, and 32
The Head of the Authority added that Monday, August 10, and Tuesday, August 11, 2026, have been designated for customers who were unable to receive their units on their originally scheduled handover dates.
