Engineer Randa El Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the start of the handover of premium housing residential land plots under the fifth and sixth offerings in New Nasser City (West Assiut), beginning on Monday, July 6, 2026, and continuing until Thursday, August 6, 2026.
Taking All Necessary Measures to Facilitate the Land Handover Process
Engineer Randa El Menshawy stated that the Ministry continues to take all necessary measures to facilitate the handover of residential land plots to citizens in the new cities, according to the announced schedules, ensuring that eligible beneficiaries receive their plots on the specified dates.
The minister added that the Ministry of Housing remains committed to implementing its plans to develop integrated and sustainable urban communities, contributing to improving the quality of life and achieving the state’s comprehensive urban development goals.
Handover Schedule
For her part, Engineer Jehan Ammar, Head of the New Nasser City Development Authority, explained that land plots located in the Third Neighborhood, Second District (Fifth Offering) will be handed over according to the following schedule:
- Monday, July 6, 2026: Plots (268–271), (286–289), plots (298, 299, 305, 306), and plots (308–314).
- Tuesday, July 7, 2026: Plot (315), plots (317–321), plots (324–326), plots (328, 329, 336), and plots (338–342).
- Wednesday, July 8, 2026: Plots (348, 349), plots (351–353), plots (356–358), plots (360, 361), plots (364–367), and plots (369, 370).
- Thursday, July 9, 2026: Plots (380–386), plot (388), plots (392, 393, 402, 403), plots (405–408), and plots (410, 412, 413).
- Monday, July 13, 2026: Plots (416–419), plots (463–466), plot (468), plots (485–490), plots (504–506), and plot (508).
- Tuesday, July 14, 2026: Plots (540–542), plot (544), plots (547–549), plots (551–553), plot (569), plots (571–574), and plots (576, 577).
- Wednesday, July 15, 2026: Plots (606–611), plots (619–621), plot (623), plots (625–628), and plots (647–659).
The Head of the Authority added that land plots located in the Second Neighborhood, Second District (Sixth Offering) will be handed over according to the following schedule:
- Thursday, July 16, 2026: Plots (267, 298), plots (271–273), plots (275–282), plots (284–286), plot (288), plots (290–292), and plot (294).
- Monday, July 20, 2026: Plots (296–304), plots (306–310), and plots (311, 312, 315, 317, 318, 320).
- Tuesday, July 21, 2026: Plots (322–328), plots (330–341), and plots (343–346).
- Wednesday, July 22, 2026: Plot (348), plots (350–357), plots (359–361), and plots (363–372).
- Monday, July 27, 2026: Plot (374), plots (376–378), plots (380–382), plot (384), plots (386–392), plots (394–399), and plot (397).
- Tuesday, July 28, 2026: Plots (401, 403, 405), plots (409–421), and plots (423–429).
- Wednesday, July 29, 2026: Plots (431, 432), plots (435–440), plots (442–445), and plots (447–449).

The Head of the Authority also noted that the period from Tuesday, August 4, 2026, through Thursday, August 6, 2026, has been designated for handing over plots to citizens who were unable to receive their land during the previously scheduled dates.
Applicants must present a valid copy of their national ID card and proof of payment for the completion of the installment. Plot owners may also authorize another person to receive the plot on their behalf through an officially notarized power of attorney.
