Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has announced the commencement of the delivery of premium and ultra-premium housing plots to their respective winners in the western area of District 28 on the 10th of Ramadan City. According to a pre-scheduled timeline announced by the city authority, the handover will occur from Sunday, February 16, 2025, to Thursday, March 27, 2025.
In this context, Engineer Alaa Abdallah, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority, stated in an official statement that the delivery of plots in the first area of District 28 will be as follows:
- Plots 1 to 53: Sunday, February 16, 2025
- Plots 54 to 105: Monday, February 17, 2025
- Plots 106 to 157: Tuesday, February 18, 2025
- Plots 158 to 220: Wednesday, February 19, 2025
The delivery of plots in the second area of District 28 will follow this schedule:
- Plots 1 to 56: Thursday, February 20, 2025
- Plots 57 to 111: Sunday, February 23, 2025
- Plots 112 to 166: Monday, February 24, 2025
- Plots 167 to 218: Tuesday, February 25, 2025
- Plots 219 to 264: Wednesday, February 26, 2025
For the third area, the schedule is as follows:
- Plots 1 to 58: Thursday, February 27, 2025
- Plots 59 to 113: Sunday, March 2, 2025
- Plots 114 to 170: Monday, March 3, 2025
- Plots 171 to 223: Tuesday, March 4, 2025

As for the fifth area, all plots from 1 to 187 will be handed over on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.
For those who could not receive their plots on the designated dates, a grace period has been set from Sunday, March 23, 2025, to Thursday, March 27, 2025.
The city authority has emphasized that customers must visit the Customer Service Department at the authority’s headquarters with proof of financial settlement from the bank and all required documents related to their allocated plot before taking possession.
