Engineer Sherif El Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, revealed that coordination is ongoing with the Ministry of Electricity to secure a second power source for the Saint Catherine Power Station. This effort is aimed at ensuring a continuous and sustainable power supply for the “Greatest Manifestation” project development at the Sacred Land site.

During Prime Minister’s visit to inspect the ongoing development projects at the site, El Sherbiny also stated that there is coordination with the Ministry of Communications to install the necessary mobile phone towers to enhance network coverage in the project area. This is in preparation for welcoming visitors, alongside coordination with the Ministry of Environment to finalize the project’s environmental aspects.

The minister previously outlined a comprehensive master plan for the “Greatest Manifestation” project, located in Saint Catherine’s Sacred Land, which aims to create a spiritual destination on the mountains surrounding the Holy Valley. The project is designed to attract global visitors interested in spiritual, mountain, wellness, and eco-tourism. It also seeks to provide a full range of tourist and recreational services while developing the city and its surroundings. Additionally, the project emphasizes preserving the pristine environmental, visual, and heritage character of the region, and providing housing for workers involved in the various projects within Saint Catherine City.
