General Walid Farouk El-Baroudi, Chairman of the General Authority for Cooperative Housing and Construction, announced the completion of 240 housing units in the Loloat Badr project (89 feddans) in Badr City, along with 194 units in the Loloat October project in 6th of October City.

The authority has also completed the installation of essential utilities, including:
- Sewage, drinking water, electricity, and gas networks in several projects.
- Coordination is underway to activate the electrical power supply in Loloat New Cairo, Loloat 10th of Ramadan, and Loloat Minya.
- Water and sewage services have been connected, and the electrical distribution network has been activated in Loloat October and Loloat Assiut.
Oversight of Cooperative Housing Associations
General El-Baroudi highlighted the authority’s supervisory efforts, which included conducting 5,135 inspections of cooperative housing associations, covering financial, administrative, and technical aspects.
These efforts underscore the authority’s commitment to enhancing the quality of cooperative housing and ensuring efficient management across its projects.
