Engineer Ali Mohamed Saad Ali, Head of the 15 May City Authority, announced the completion of 4560 units as part of the Sakan Kol El-Masryeen project for low-income housing in the Narges Area. This is part of a larger plan to develop a total of 10680 units, which is expected to be fully completed by 2026.
Additionally, 2976 units are nearing completion in the Zahraa Area, along with the North Tunis Market low-income housing area and the Qarnfal Area, aimed at middle-income residents.
The Sakan Kol El-Masryeen project in its two phases aims to build a total of 21612 residential units, with 19428 units allocated for low-income families and 2184 units for middle-income families.
