Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and New Urban Communities, has announced the near completion and upcoming delivery of 3,000 housing units under the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians” in the East Andalusia area of 10th of Ramadan City. This project is part of the government’s ongoing efforts to provide affordable housing solutions for eligible citizens.
During his visit to oversee ongoing projects in the city, including housing developments, sewage systems, and infrastructure upgrades, El-Sherbiny emphasized the importance of maintaining high construction standards and ensuring timely completion.
Engineer Alaa Abdellah Mostafa, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Authority, conducted an on-site inspection of the housing initiative. He reported that the project comprises 125 residential buildings, with 3,000 fully serviced units, each spanning 90 square meters. The project is 98% complete, and the remaining work is focused on site coordination and landscaping.
Mostafa highlighted the importance of creating a fully integrated residential environment with green spaces to enhance the quality of life. He also noted the urgency in completing the final touches to ensure the units are delivered as soon as possible.
Additionally, Mostafa inspected the progress of the city’s wastewater system, including the completion of a key industrial wastewater pumping station on the Cairo-Ismailia Desert Road. The EGP 600 million station serves the industrial zones of 10th of Ramadan and Badr City, and it receives wastewater from the New Administrative Capital and El Burouj City.
