The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, in cooperation with the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Support Fund, has announced a new offering as part of the “Housing for All Egyptians” initiative. This offering includes 15,000 fully finished residential units allocated for low- and middle-income individuals, with areas ranging from 90 to 127 square meters. These units are available at subsidized prices with easy payment plans.

Booking Date:
Booking will start from May 21, 2025, and continue until June 4, 2025, based on a first-come, first-served electronic reservation system via the Housing and Development Bank website.

  • Copies of valid national ID cards for both husband and wife

  • Receipt of booking down payment (EGP 50,000 for low-income – EGP 100,000 for middle-income)

  • Receipt for purchasing the terms and conditions booklet (EGP 300 + EGP 355 administrative fees)

  • Manually signed declaration from the terms and conditions booklet

  • Completed application form with specified unit type and desired city
