As part of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities’ efforts to maximize the utilization of available assets and provide more investment and service opportunities in new cities, the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), through the development authorities of El Shorouk, Badr, and 10th of Ramadan cities, announced the offering of a number of commercial shops, pharmacies, and a bakery for sale or usufruct licensing through public auction, in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
The El Shorouk City Development Authority announced the offering of 15 commercial shops and 2 pharmacies, with areas ranging from 9 to 31 square meters, for sale through a public auction scheduled for Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

Meanwhile, the Badr City Development Authority announced the offering of a bakery located in the 196 Buildings Area – Phase Two (New Administrative Capital Employees Housing), including the building, its contents, and the surrounding fence, for sale through a public auction to be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.
In the same context, the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority announced the offering of 70 commercial shops and 2 storage units, with areas ranging from 5 to 150 square meters in the First District, under a seven-year usufruct licensing system through a public auction scheduled for Tuesday, July 28, 2026.
The New Urban Communities Authority confirmed that the terms and conditions booklets and technical specifications are available at the headquarters of the respective city development authorities where the commercial shops, pharmacies, bakery, and storage units are being offered.
