The Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has announced the offering of a number of commercial shops and administrative and professional units for sale through public auction sessions in the cities of Badr, New Mansoura, and Obour.
In this context, Eng. El-Sayed Amin, Head of the Badr City Development Authority, explained that 3 commercial shops and 11 administrative and professional units, with areas ranging from 18 to 60 square meters, will be offered for sale by public auction in the Banfsaj and Yasmeen areas of the Fifth District. The auction session is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
Eng. El-Sayed Ahmed Hommam, Head of the New Mansoura City Development Authority, added that 5 commercial shops and one pharmacy, with areas ranging from 19 to 40 square meters, will be offered for sale through public auction in various commercial markets across the city. The auction session is scheduled for Sunday, July 26, 2026.
Meanwhile, Eng. Tamer Gabr, Head of the Obour City Development Authority, stated that 9 commercial shops, with areas ranging from 22 to 35 square meters, will be offered in various areas of the city.
In addition, 7 administrative and professional units, with areas ranging from 48 to 70 square meters, located beneath the Youth Housing, Youth Housing Extension, and National Housing buildings, will also be offered for sale through public auction during the session scheduled for Sunday, July 19, 2026.
The Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector noted that the terms and specifications booklets are available at the headquarters of the Badr, New Mansoura, and Obour City Development Authorities for those wishing to participate in the auctions, enabling interested bidders to obtain full details and complete the application procedures.
