Checking the Results of “Housing for All Egyptians 5” and the Announcement of New Social Housing Units

Many citizens eagerly await the results of the 2025 social housing apartments as part of the presidential initiative Housing for All Egyptians 5, which was open for applications from late last year until mid-January. The Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Support Fund has announced that it has begun reviewing the documents submitted by applicants seeking housing units under this initiative, which is dedicated to low- and middle-income individuals.

According to press sources, the results of the social housing apartments under the Housing for All Egyptians initiative will be announced soon as preparations are underway for their publication.

New Offering of Social Housing Apartments

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities is preparing to offer new social housing apartments for low- and middle-income individuals in the coming period, following the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. It is expected that 400,000 housing units will be offered after Eid al-Fitr 2025, distributed across various governorates and new cities, with a range of different unit sizes, as stated in a Cabinet announcement.
