The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced that 2,974 residential plots will be offered as part of the tenth phase of the “Beit Al Watan” project in 13 new cities.

Cities Included in the Offering

The cities where the plots have been made available include:

New Cairo, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed, 10th of Ramadan, New Damietta, Sadat, 15th of May, New October, New Obour, Capital Gardens, New Minya, New Aswan, New Qena

While Egyptians living abroad eagerly await this opportunity, the Ministry of Housing has emphasized several conditions that, if not adhered to, could result in the cancellation of land allocations.

Cancellation of Allocation in Beit Al Watan: 4 Main Reasons Behind It

Key Reasons for Cancellation:

Failure to Pay Two Consecutive Installments

Missing two consecutive payments from the total price of the land could result in the cancellation of the allocation.

Delay in Receiving the Land

Not taking possession of the land within the specified time frame is another violation that could lead to cancellation.

Unauthorized Disposal of the Land

Land ownership may not be sold, leased, or transferred without prior written approval from the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA).

Changing the Purpose of the Land

Altering the designated purpose of the land from residential to any other use without obtaining NUCA’s approval is strictly forbidden.
