Cairo Governor and Presidential Advisor Inspect Development Works at Al-Azbakeya Garden

Major General Dr. Khaled Fouda, Presidential Advisor for Local Development, and Dr. Ibrahim Saber, Cairo Governor, inspected the final preparations for the redevelopment of Al-Azbakeya Garden and the surrounding library area. The visit comes as part of ongoing efforts to revive and restore the landmarks of Khedivial Cairo and transform it into a vibrant cultural and touristic district.

Joining the inspection tour were Major General Ibrahim Abdel Hady, Deputy Governor for the Western District, Dr. Abdallah El-Sherif, Assistant to the Presidential Advisor, as well as several officials from the Ministry of Housing and Cairo Governorate.

The Presidential Advisor emphasized the importance of completing the project within the scheduled timelines. The Governor of Cairo reiterated the full support of the governorate’s executive bodies to ensure the successful and timely completion of the project.
