The Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport, Eng. Kamel El-Wazir, has issued a decision appointing three members to the boards of the industrial chambers under the Federation of Egyptian Industries for the 2025–2029 term.
The appointments include Eng. Mohamed El-Menshawy from Heliopolis Housing and Development Company, Eng. Ahmed Mansour from CRED, and Eng. Omar Hesham Taalat from Talaat Moustafa Group Holding.
The Real Estate Development Chamber elections, held on October 21, 2025, resulted in 12 members winning by acclamation. According to the law, companies are categorized into large, medium, and small, with four representatives elected from each category, in addition to the appointment of three members to complete the council.
Representing the large-company category, the winners were Eng. Tarek Shoukry, Eng. Amr Suleiman, Eng. Amgad Hassanein, and Eng. Ashraf El-Hefnawy. For the medium-company category, the winners were Amal Abdel-Wahed, Mohamed El-Bostany, Omar El-Tayebi, and Ahmed Amin Masoud. As for the small-company category, the winners were Hany El-Assal, Wael Ramadan, Amr Diab, and Mohamed Taher.
Eng. Tarek Shoukry affirmed that the Chamber will continue to strengthen the real estate sector and stimulate investment through the establishment of the Real Estate Developers Union. He emphasized that the Chamber has become the primary legal representative for professionals in this field and a key contributor to safeguarding the rights of both the state and developers.
