The Egyptian Ministry of Housing announced the launch of 2,333 residential land plots under the “Maskan 6” program for middle-income, distinguished, and most distinguished housing. Reservations will open on September 14, 2025, and will last for two months.
The land plots are distributed across nine new cities with varying price rates per square meter as follows:

New Nasser City: 225 plots at EGP 4,000/m².

New Akhmim: 224 plots at EGP 2,200/m².

Badr: 204 plots at EGP 6,000/m².

New Tiba: 63 plots at EGP 3,000/m².

New Al-Fashn: 45 plots at EGP 2,000/m².

New Salhiya: 32 plots at EGP 5,500/m².

New Minya: 13 plots at EGP 6,500/m².

New Fayoum: 11 plots at EGP 3,000/m².

New Qena: 11 plots at EGP 5,000/m².
