The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced details of a new investment land offering in new cities.
In New Aswan City, an educational land plot of 8,000 square meters will be available for 2,495 EGP per square meter. Additionally, another educational land plot covering 2,111 square meters will be offered under a usufruct system.
The ministry aims to release more land to meet the growing market demand, particularly in new cities. It regularly offers a selection of land plots with various sizes and activities.
Furthermore, the ministry consistently announces a package of investment land plots in new cities to cater to the needs of developers and investors, following the immediate land allocation mechanism.
