The Badr City Development Authority announced the offering of 7 commercial shops and a pharmacy with areas ranging from 18 to 37 square meters in the 196 Buildings Area (Administrative Capital Workers’ Market) for sale through a public auction on October 13, 2025.
In Hadayeq October, 10 commercial shops with areas between 13 and 27 square meters were offered in the First Care Area Market, under a five-year usufruct system, with the auction scheduled for October 1 and 2, 2025.
The 10th of Ramadan City Authority also announced the sale of 8 commercial shops through a public auction in the presence of representatives from the concerned authorities and the bidding committee.
Meanwhile, the New Nubaria City Authority revealed the sale of 10 commercial shops and 10 administrative units, along with the allocation of a pharmacy in the Distinguished District, a move that strengthens both health and service facilities for residents.
