Engineer Bassam Mohamed Fadl, Head of the El Shorouk City Development Authority, announced the results of a public auction session, which led to the sale of 14 commercial shops in markets established by the authority in various areas, including (Dar Misr 2 Market – Ninth District Apartments – Third District – Fourth District – Fifth District Apartments). This initiative is part of the authority’s plan to enhance the services provided in the city.
The Head of the Authority pointed out that the shops were sold for various commercial activities to facilitate access to services for residents and bring them closer to their homes. He also emphasized that the auction process will continue gradually to cover all areas of El Shorouk City.
In a related context, Engineer Bassam Mohamed Fadl met with Dr. Tamer El-Saeed, Chairman of Green Hills Club, affiliated with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and Colonel Mostafa El-Kady, the club’s Executive Director, at the authority’s headquarters to discuss ways of cooperation that would benefit the club’s members and city residents. The collaboration will span multiple fields, including sports, social, cultural, and entertainment.
The Head of the El Shorouk City Authority welcomed the attendees and congratulated them on the club’s recent achievements, which included increased infrastructure projects to serve both members and city residents. These developments aim to empower the city’s youth to reach podiums in various local, regional, and international sporting events.
Engineer Bassam Mohamed Fadl also stated that the coming period will witness fruitful cooperation between the city authority and the club’s management to achieve a sports, cultural, and social renaissance that will benefit both members and residents of the city.
Additionally, the Chairman of Green Hills Club in El Shorouk City announced that the club premises will witness multiple inaugurations of newly completed facilities this year, including buildings designated for sports and social activities.
