The Ministry of Housing, represented by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), continues to accept applications for the booking of premium residential land as part of the “Maskan” program. This initiative covers several new cities, with applications open until January 6, 2025.

Details of Land Offerings in Al-Shorouk City

The Ministry is offering seven plots of land in Al-Shorouk City. The land sizes range from 638 to 1,117 square meters, with an average price of 14,731 EGP per square meter.

Steps to Book Premium Residential Plots

To reserve a plot, applicants must follow these steps:

1. Visit the Online Portal
   • Access the designated website to view available plots within each category.
   • Download the brochure for the chosen category to review terms and conditions.
2. Create a New Account
   • For new users, create an account by providing the required information, including:
     • National ID number.
     • Full name as per the National ID card.
     • Email address.
     • Mobile number.
     • Current address.
   • Select the desired category, city, and specific location. Click “Details” to view the list of available plots, including layouts and detailed tables.
3. Complete the Booking Process
   • Follow the website instructions to finalize the booking, which includes:
     • Selecting the payment currency for the remaining land cost for premium plots.
     • Indicating the percentage of payment completion for standard and mid-tier plots.
   • Generate the booking form, which will include all provided details and selected options. Sign the form and upload it to the portal.
   • Attach the receipt of the initial booking fee and brochure payment as required.
