Dr. Ahmed Ismail Gabr, Head of the New Obour City Development Authority, has announced the allocation of a nursery building covering an area of 1,912 square meters in the Sakan Misr Services Area – District 39, through a public auction for 10 years. He emphasized that the allocation value reflects the growing demand for investment in the city. The auction was attended by a representative from the State Council, representatives from the New Urban Communities Authority, and the Ministry of Finance. This offering aligns with the city’s plan to enhance public services and meet the needs of residents.
Dr. Eng. Ahmed Ismail Gabr conducted an inspection tour to monitor the progress of the Al-Nozha housing project, which includes 66 residential buildings and 1,584 housing units. During the tour, he reviewed the interior and exterior finishing works and site coordination efforts, stressing the importance of accelerating the work pace to ensure the project is finished on schedule while maintaining.
The Head of the Authority also inspected the progress of the New Obour Transformer Station 6 project in District 13, emphasizing the need for coordination between relevant entities to overcome any obstacles that might hinder the project’s progress. The station is considered essential for improving the efficiency of electricity distribution in the city. Additionally, he followed up on infrastructure and mainline works in Neighborhoods 2, 3, and 10 of District 17, which include the extension of water and sewage networks and roadworks. These efforts are part of an integrated plan to regulate newly added lands and provide a fully developed urban environment.
