Allocation of 267 Plots of Land in Al-Shorouk City through Third Public Draw

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced that the Al-Shorouk City Development Authority conducted its third manual public draw today. This draw was held to allocate 267 plots of land in the Al-Rabia area of Al-Shorouk City, in accordance with the approved detailed plans for the region. The plots are distributed as follows: 125 plots measuring 209 square meters, 67 plots measuring 267 square meters, 12 plots ranging from 243 to 265 square meters, 42 plots of 400 square meters, and 21 plots of 500 square meters.

The minister emphasized strict directives for the new city authorities that have recently added lands to swiftly finalize the review of land regularization requests. Specific timelines are being set to ensure that eligible recipients receive their lands promptly. Weekly follow-ups are conducted to monitor the status of the regularization requests and to ensure compliance with the established timelines for completing the review process.

The draw was conducted under the supervision of the Vice Presidents of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA). Among those present were Engineer Mohamed El-Sayed Abdel-Maqsoud, Head of Al-Shorouk City Authority; Engineer Ilham El-Sergany, Head of the Central Administration in the Development and Urban Development Sector at NUCA; Dr. Ahmed Emara, Advisor in the Minister of Housing’s Office; and Engineer Mostafa Abdel Aziz from the Authority’s Information Center.
