Allocation Notices Delivered to Citizens in New Obour and Auction Held for Commercial Properties
Dr. Eng. Ahmed Ismail, Head of the New Obour Development Authority, announced that allocation notices for land plots in the Al-Amal area have been successfully delivered to citizens. This follows the success of the sixth public lottery held at the Authority’s headquarters, where 530 allocation notices were distributed in an atmosphere filled with the joy and satisfaction of the citizens.
Citizens expressed their appreciation for the efforts of the Authority’s staff in organizing such lotteries, praising their efficiency and their willingness to listen to and address citizens’ concerns.
In the same context, the New Obour Development Authority held a public auction at its headquarters for 12 commercial shops and two pharmacies located in various commercial markets across the city. The auction was attended by Dr. Eng. Ahmed Ismail, Authority officials, and representatives from the State Council and the Commercial, Real Estate, and Financial Affairs sectors.
The Head of the Authority highlighted that the auction was successful, with all properties sold. He emphasized that the vision for new cities focuses on improving the quality of life, creating a fully integrated urban environment that meets residents’ needs, stimulates real estate investment, and contributes to job creation.
