The Al-Obour City Authority has announced the dates for the distribution of plots under the supplementary phase eight in Al-Obour City and phase nine in 15 May City, specifically for Egyptian expats, beginning Sunday, November 17, 2024, through Wednesday, December 11, 2024.
Ahmed Rashad, Head of the Al-Obour City Development Authority, confirmed that land in the supplementary phase eight includes nine plots located in the Recreational District, south of Dar Misr in Al-Obour, Block 25024. Allotments begin on Sunday, November 17, 2024, with Block 25031 scheduled for Monday, November 18, 2024. Those who miss their dates may attend on November 20 and 21, 2024.
Similarly, Ali Saad, Head of the 15 May City Development Authority, outlined the allocation schedule for 55 plots in phase nine within District 115. Specific plots will be distributed on several dates, beginning November 17 and extending through December 11, 2024, with two final days set for those who miss their initial dates.
Allottees must appear in person or send a representative with a special power of attorney to collect the land.
