Counselor Mohamed Al-Homsani, the spokesperson for the Cabinet, revealed a plan to offer several buildings in the Downtown Cairo area to a group of tourism investors, as part of a comprehensive vision to develop the district.

A Group of Downtown Cairo Buildings to Be Offered to Tourism Investors

During a phone interview with TV host Azza Mostafa on the program El Sa’a 6 on the Al-Hayah channel, Al-Homsani explained that all necessary services for tourists in Downtown Cairo will be provided through upgrading current facilities or adding new ones, in cooperation with various government entities and the private sector.

Al-Homsani also noted that it has not yet been determined whether the offer will include both local and foreign investors, or just one of the two.
